Beta terms & disclaimers

Websitebuilder is currently in beta. That means it's ready enough to try, but we're still actively building, testing and refining it. These beta terms sit alongside our Terms of service and Privacy policy — in the event of a conflict, the beta terms apply while the beta is running.

1. What "beta" means here

• Features may change, break, be renamed or be removed without notice.
• Design, wording and flows are still being iterated on.
• Some things you'd expect from a finished product may not exist yet.
• Occasional bugs, downtime and rough edges are expected.

2. Provided "as is"

The beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famly disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

3. Don't rely on it for critical use

Please don't use the beta as the sole source of truth for anything important — admissions, legal notices, allergy information, safeguarding communications, or anything else parents rely on. Keep your existing website, documents and communication channels running until we tell you the beta is out of beta.

4. Your content & backups

You still own everything you put into your site (see clause 2 of the Terms). During beta we recommend keeping your own copy of any text or photos you upload. We may need to reset, migrate or delete beta data if we make significant changes to how the product works — we'll give reasonable notice when we can.

5. Availability & limits

We don't offer an uptime SLA for the beta. Rate limits, quotas and feature availability may change as we learn what the service can handle. Some features may be enabled only for a subset of beta users.

6. AI-generated content

Websitebuilder uses AI to help draft copy, suggest layouts and import content from existing websites. AI output can be wrong, out of date or occasionally invent details. Always review AI-generated text and imported content before publishing it as coming from your nursery.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas or bug reports about the beta, you allow Famly to use them freely to improve Websitebuilder, without obligation or compensation. Don't send us anything confidential you don't want us to act on.

8. Liability during beta

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famly's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the beta is limited to DKK 500 or the equivalent in your local currency. Famly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the beta. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer).

9. Ending the beta

We may end, pause or change the beta at any time. If we do, we'll try to give you a chance to export your site content first. You can stop using the beta at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard.
